In June 2024 Adam Charlap Hyman approached YALI Glass’s Marie-Rose Kahane to design a small series of glasses that would complement his Ribbon tableware collection.  After many discussions and experimenting in the furnace, the Colette collection was born. 

Inspired by goblets from the medieval period, the Colette collection evokes a time of lavish feasts and celebratory banquets. The thick, smooth glass is expertly mouthblown by a master glass blower in Murano. The wide cup and bulbous stem add an element of pleasure and sensuality to one’s drinking experience.
