We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards [(including American Express)] and by PayPal. Please contact us (shop@yaliglass.com) if a different method of payment is required in your country, and also if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail following the placement of your order online with the above payment methods.

Payments are processed in Euro. Payments are authenticated and secured thanks to the 3D secure system.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of the EU sales tax (IVA/VAT).  For European orders VAT is applied to and included in the final fee for shipping & handling.

If your order is being dispatched outside of the EU then VAT will be deducted. When you reach the check out pages, after you have selected the intended designation for your order, we will automatically deduct VAT off your order total if applicable. 

For shipments to countries where customs and import duties, taxes or other similar import charges apply, the Client will be clearly informed, before checkout, of the exact amount of such customs duties and import taxes related to the delivery in the destination country. These amounts will be displayed separately and added to the order total, and are paid by the Client at checkout together with the price of the products and the shipping costs. The Supplier will then arrange customs clearance and pay these customs and import charges to the courier on behalf of the Client, so that the Client receives the products on a “Delivered Duty Paid – Visible” basis, without having to make any additional customs-related payments at the time of delivery. In all such cases, the economic burden of customs duties and import taxes remains with the Client, who pays them in advance during the purchase process.

Please note that if you live outside of the EU but opt to collect your order in person from our shop then VAT will not be deducted from your order.

Payment details will be taken at the time of ordering. Your credit or debit card will only be charged when the products are dispatched. If any of the ordered items are unavailable only the price and the delivery costs of the available products will be charged.

The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process,before you confirm your order.
