All orders are shipped in plastic-free packaging.

Orders are shipped within 4-10 business days from our studio in Venice, Italy.
Items which are available to pre-order typically require 6-8 weeks lead time for production.
Shipping time depends on destination location and courier. The courier of YALI S.r.l. is DHL.

Regular shipping rates are calculated according to the total volumetric weight of your purchase and your delivery address. For European orders VAT is applied to shipping & handling. The Client must supply a valid email address and contact telephone number in order for the shipment to be made.
Shipping costs are provided at checkout. Due to the volume or weight of particular products an additional shipping charge may be applied and will be quoted and agreed to by the Client prior to concluding the order for shipping. Orders with a mix of in-stock products & pre-order products will be shipped in two separate packages with according rates.

Includes UK, USA, Canada, Norway, Switzerland : from 26 Euro
Rest of the World : from 50 Euro
CUSTOMS & OTHER FEE LIABILITY
Any and all customs and import duties, taxes, or other fees applied by the destination country are the full liability of the Client; the
Supplier does not take any responsibility. It may be helpful to contact your local customs office for precise information. Any costs incurred for shipments refused upon arrival or unable to be delivered due to unpaid customs/import duties or other fees due will be the responsibility of the Client, including taxes, return shipments and/or second shipments.
DELAYS & DAMAGES
The Supplier is not responsible for any delays due to impediments for delivery including international customs clearance, weather conditions, or other situations in which the courier is unable to deliver. If the Client does not permit the final delivery attempt, all import duties, the return shipping fees, the second shipping or reschedule fee will be the responsibility of the Client. The Supplier is also not responsible for damages due to any event once the package has been consigned by the Supplier to the courier. We recommend that any packages arriving that are evidently externally damaged should be immediately pointed out to the courier and photographed. The Client should ask the courier to
advise of the correct procedure to follow in such cases according to the courier's policies for damaged packages. Please also inform the Supplier immediately, and at most within 24/48 hours of receipt of the goods (email@example.com) inclusive of photographic documentation.
Defect claims or incorrect items must be communicated to the Supplier (firstname.lastname@example.org, please include the order number) within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
Returns and /or exchanges for other reasons must be communicated to the Supplier (email@example.com, please include order number) within 5 days of receipt of shipment. The return must be pre-authorized by the Supplier prior to shipment. The merchandise must not be used and must be returned in the same conditions and packaging in which they were received. The Client is responsible for return courier shipping charges as well as any other fees including import or customs duties. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Returns are processed within 15 business days of return receipt.
