The Sofia large bowl is made using the incalmo method, which was developed in the 15th century and involves the skillful union of two separate mouthblown vessels of equal diameter and thickness. The result is a striking two-toned effect. This large bowl works beautifully as a centerpiece or a salad or fruit bowl.
